This journey proudly continues under Altaf Hussain (urf Goga), a dedicated student of Mr. Mazhar, trained since 1992 at the well-known Barkat Market, Gulberg, Lahore. Altaf Hussain also carries forward the traditional meat-cutting skills learned through the lineage of M. Ashraf, ensuring every cut meets professional standards.
With 33 years of hands-on experience, Altaf Hussain understands meat quality better than anyone — from selecting healthy livestock to precise cutting and clean handling. This experience reflects in the taste, freshness, and consistency our customers trust daily
